After this month of introspection and intensive training, my wife and two children (aged 9 and 3) will be joining me for an unprecedented family adventure. Why this choice?

    • Living differently for two months : Away from our everyday lives, we'll be experiencing a new rhythm of life, new activities and a different relationship with our children.
    • Reconciling family life and personal projects : While I'm making progress on my blog project, I'll be practising the Thai boxing to get back into better physical shape, but we also intend to change our rhythm and adapt to our children after the course and at weekends so that they too can fully benefit from this experience and open up their chakras ...

Thai boxing: getting fit and inspired

La Thai boxing or Muay Thai is a demanding discipline that works on both the mental and the physical. Practising this art for two months will be a way for me to :
