Un bon entra\u00eenement inclut aussi du renforcement musculaire, du cardio et de la mobilit\u00e9. Alors, pense \u00e0 courir un peu, \u00e0 faire des pompes et \u00e0 entretenir ta condition physique. Parce que face \u00e0 un agresseur, ce ne sont pas que tes techniques qui comptent, mais aussi ta capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir le choc et \u00e0 bouger vite.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les stages, oui, mais r\u00e9guliers ! \u00ab\u00a0Quelques le\u00e7ons suffisent pour devenir bon en Self-defense urbaine\u00a0\u00bb ! Mythe ou r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tu peux effectivement apprendre des techniques en stage. Mais soyons honn\u00eates : un stage unique ne suffit pas. L\u2019id\u00e9al, c\u2019est de participer \u00e0 plusieurs stages tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cela te permet non seulement de voir si tu as bien assimil\u00e9 ce que tu as appris, mais aussi de tester ta r\u00e9sistance, ton \u00e9volution et de te confronter \u00e0 divers arts afin de trouver ce qui te correspond le mieux.<\/p>\n<p>Un stage, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion de se rendre compte de son niveau r\u00e9el. Tu te sens \u00e0 l\u2019aise en cours ? Super. Mais arrives-tu \u00e0 appliquer ces mouvements face \u00e0 un adversaire r\u00e9sistant et impr\u00e9visible ? Pas s\u00fbr ?
